While the Standard Entry gives you a high-level “health check” of your organisation, the Enhanced Data & Insights Package allows you to drill down into the why. It adds dynamic heatmaps, demographic filtering (age, gender, location, etc.) and bespoke Action Plans to help you fix specific issues rather than just seeing a general score.
Once the Enhanced Data & Insights Package is activated, your dashboard becomes interactive. You can click on specific demographics such as “Length of Service” or “Ethnicity” and the entire dashboard will instantly update to show the engagement scores, NPS and Six Steps indicators for that specific group.
Absolutely. We take anonymity very seriously. To protect individual privacy, the dashboard will not display any data for any group or filter combination that contains fewer than 5 employees.
Yes. While we provide standard filters like Age and Gender, we can work with you to customise results or survey structures to better reflect your specific departments or regions. Please contact us at stbestplacestowork@workl.com to discuss custom setups.
Based on your specific results, the platform generates a tailored roadmap. If your “Wellbeing” score is low, for example, the system provides immediate resources, suggested initiatives and goals to help your leadership team improve that specific area of the employee experience.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Once payment is processed, the Enhanced Data & Insights Package features will be unlocked within your existing account, allowing you to analyse the data you have already collected in much greater detail.
