Why did you choose WorkL?
We came across WorkL through The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards and after meeting with them and understanding that WorkL’s key principle, the happiness of employees, fully aligned with our values, we knew they were the right fit for our organisation.
How has your experience with the WorkL team been?
We work really closely with Polly at WorkL for Business and she’s a fantastic support for us. She always responds quickly and her direction is invaluable, especially for our Team Members in our Talent team.
We find the QR code extremely helpful to access our survey, this is just one way that WorkL for Business has helped us create a straightforward experience for our team members when helping them feedback on their happiness at work.
I couldn’t recommend WorkL for Business more, achieving an Excellent Employee Experience award is the icing on the cake!
