The World’s Happiest Workplaces List is the largest global database on workplace happiness with over 100,000 organisations from 50+ countries. Organisations are entered and ranked on the list based on their employees’ happiness scores when completing their Happy At Work Test by WorkL. An organisation can qualify as a World Happiest Workplace only if they score above 70%.
An organisation can enter the World’s Happiest Workplaces List when their employees take the free and anonymous Happy At Work Test by WorkL.
The World’s Happiest Workplace Awards are announced every January and include a list of all the organisations which are going above and beyond to provide a great experience for their employees.
The next World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards will be announced on Tuesday the 14th of January 2026. To enter the awards, all you need to do is take the Happy At Work Test and add the name of your organisation. If your organisation scores more than 70%, it will automatically qualify as a World’s Happiest Workplace and will be chosen as a potential award winner after comparing to other organisations in your industry and country.
