Moira Laird, Human Resources Director at Valor Hospitality Europe has specialised in human resources for the last 30 years and is an award-winning HR leader, and a key member of the UK executive team. Moira is responsible for HR activity, aligning talent pipeline to satisfy business growth plans, enabling the culture to be experienced in every location, sound commercial expertise through effective and efficient systems and practices. Why did you choose WorkL?
We were recommended WorkL for Business through an associate. After working with a previous partner for a number of years, we felt that the time was right to strike out and measure ourselves against different industries – something that WorkL specialises in. We were keen for a greater level of detail and understanding for our employee engagement surveys in terms of diagnostic summaries, to be able to slice and dice our results and to jump in and check employee sentiment at any time through pulse surveys. The way we work now with WorkL enables us to track progress and measure the results of our changes.
