The official 2026 World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards Winners List has been published today (14th January 2026), showcasing the happiest workplaces globally.
The World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards, powered by WorkL, is the world’s largest program celebrating happy workplaces – as chosen by their employees. Each January, the happiest organisations are recognised with these awards for their commitment to promoting a happy and positive work environment on the World’s Happiest Workplaces List.
The comprehensive list of the 2026 winners, compiled by WorkL, saw over 120,000 organisations entered for the Awards.
Over a million employees took WorkL’s Happy At Work Test to enter their organisation into these awards. This is a free and anonymous test, which takes less than ten minutes to complete and explores various areas that impact work life, including WorkL’s Six Steps to Workplace Happiness: Wellbeing, Job Satisfaction, Reward & Recognition, Information Sharing, Empowerment and Instilling Pride.
Beyond the overall 2026 World’s Happiest Workplaces Award winners, WorkL celebrates excellence across specific industries and countries. The awards also shine a spotlight on vital individual categories including Most Inclusive, Best for Wellbeing, Best for Women, Most Engaged Employees, Best for Management, Best for Development, Best for Disabled Employees, Best for Ages 19-24, Best for Age 55+ and Best for LGBTQ+ Employees.
