WorkL, announces the sponsor of the 19-24 category in the UK for the World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards, Rise Up.
The awards are the world’s largest programme celebrating workplace happiness, as voted for by employees themselves. Now in its fifth year, the awards recognise organisations that excel in creating environments where people feel valued, empowered and fulfilled at work.
Based on data from WorkL’s globally recognised Happy At Work Test, which measures employee engagement across six key steps, the awards highlight companies that prioritise wellbeing, purpose and positive culture.
Winners are announced annually in January and featured on WorkL’s live global leaderboard, shining a spotlight on the organisations setting the standard for employee happiness across industries and age groups. View the live list here.
This new partnership underscores WorkL’s commitment to recognising happiness at every career stage. Rise Up and WorkL will collaborate on a range of campaigns and programmes aimed at ensuring every young person is empowered to realise their full potential and confidently launch a career without limitations.
Commenting on the news, Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Rise Up as our partner for the 19-24 category. Supporting early career talent is fundamental to shaping the future of work. Together, we’re celebrating employers that create inclusive and inspiring environments where young people can thrive, innovate and grow.”
Commenting on the partnership, Roman Dibden, CEO of Rise Up, said:
“At RISE UP, we know the first step into work can shape the whole trajectory of a young person’s life, not just in terms of employment, but in confidence, identity and aspiration. That’s why we’re proud to partner with WorkL on the 19-24 category. We want to celebrate the employers who are doing more than offering a job – they’re creating spaces where young people feel seen, heard and empowered to thrive. This partnership is a chance to shine a light on what good really looks like and to challenge others to raise the bar.”
