The Job Finder can help you find and apply for your first “proper” job, with one of the happiest companies in the UK. You can search by job role, company or industry. It couldn’t be easier to find a job you’ll be happy in.

Resource Centre

The Resource Centre is full to the brim with useful podcasts, articles and videos on a whole range of subjects. There are resources to help you every step of the way, from choosing an industry, to writing a CV, to interview etiquette. You can even save articles, podcasts or videos that you find particularly helpful, so you can build your very own personal library in your pocket.

Job Matcher

Our Premium Job Matcher service allows you to relax and put your feet up as we do the hard work for you. Companies tell us what type of candidate they are looking for and we match that against your records. If there’s a good match for you, we let you and the company know, and then it’s up to you if you’d like to go ahead and apply. Couldn’t be easier, right?!

Tests

We know you’re probably sick of tests, but hear us out on this one! We have created a set of tests that support you at every stage of your career. We offer a ‘Career Path Finder’ which will give you insights into the careers or sectors that may suit you, IQ and EQ tests, a personality test and well-being assessments amongst others. These are completely free of charge and can be done from the comfort of your sofa – no back-breaking exam chairs here, phew.

Global Hub
