Sunday Times South Africa Best Places to Work Awards recognises organisations who have consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing in South Africa. The survey completion for the 2026 awards is required by midnight on the 19th October 2026 

Awards for the best small, medium, big and very big organisations plus best workplaces for women, LGBTQ+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers and for wellbeing.

  • Companies will be recognised for having the best overall engagement scores and also by company size. Other areas that the Sunday Times South Africa may choose to recognise are the best workplaces for Women, disabled employees, ethnic minority employees, LGBTQ+ employees, 16-34 year olds, 55+ year olds and for wellbeing.   • Select your entry package based on how many employees you have:
    • Small organisations (10-49 Employees): R40,000

    • Medium organisations (50-249 Employees): R80,000

    • Big organisations (250-1,999 Employees): R138,000

    • Very Big organisations (2,000+ Employees): R196,000
